You agree that we may terminate your account if it remains inactive for an extended period of time. TRADEMARKS

COST AND PRICING

The initial setup fee is 199.95 United States Dollars past and a standard monthly recurring cost of 99.95 United States Dollars on top of other additional fees that may be incurred in the additional options section.

Current most updated cost per package is reflected in real time in the Reseller Administrative Control Panel and the AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com website.

AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice to brokers but will be liable in case of un-updated pricing.

COMMISSIONS

Real Time monetary commissions are stored in the Reseller Administrative Control Panel unless payout is requested and confirmed. The minimum value of any payout commissions is 100 dollars and there is no limit on the number of payout commissions requested per day.

Payout commissions can be used to pay monthly recurring charges and other incurred cost to AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com . Commissions will be paid primarily thorough Reseller Pay Pal accounts or trough online Check.

REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACK

In the event of valid client cancellation and chargeback AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com support will process the transaction. Reseller commission earned on the said account is rendered void and no other penalties will be sanctioned to both parties. Reseller will be informed through it's admin control panel the time and date of the refund and the client reason for refund and chargeback.

MONEYBACK GUARANTEE

AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com administers as part of this agreement a 90 money back guarantee effective on activation date of account till 23:59 EDT of the 89 th day past the signup date. System Date of the Administrator Control Panel shall be considered the standard date for this agreement

This guarantee applies if within 90 days reseller commissions including commissions already released as payout to not exceed by $1.00 United States Dollar. Cost incurred includes initial setup fees, monthly recurring fees, and additional fees as stated in the additional options. Cost in this agreement DOES NOT INCLUDE, advertising fees, web hosting fees, Internet and Phone Bills, personnel compensation, agent commission and other operational overhead that is not paid wholly or in part to AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com

LEAD GENERATION

AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com additional option provides reseller with marketing leads but does not guarantee their number, effectiveness and complete lead information. AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com guarantees a description of the lead and a phone number given in batches every week and are not exclusively given to the reseller. The source of the leads are disclosed and dispersed among AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com resellers who applied for this option as well as internal use of AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com

USER INFORMATION

Reseller Customer information is NOT the property of Reseller, they are saved by AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com for the sole purpose of maintaining an account (active or closed) to provide the necessary service to be rendered and accounting purposes. They are not without explicit permission of the Reseller Customer allowed to receive solicitation by fax, email or telephone regarding products or services not implied or provided by the AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com reseller program.

SHARED LISTINGS

All AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com and its resellers share one active database showing information of all listings free and paid in all AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com owned domains and resellers.

RESELLER CANCELLATION

This agreement is valid at least 1 month from the time of set up till its given calendar date unless terminated by reseller or AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com for any reason. Cancellation fee of 100 dollars is incurred past the money back guarantee period and all reseller client accounts are absorbed by AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com . Payout less than 100 dollars minus the cancellation fee are considered valid and due to reseller

SUPPORT AND BILLING DISPUTE

Reseller and Reseller Client inquiries are handled and/or forwarded to support@AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com and will be addressed but does not guarantee resolved within 1 business day. Cancellations resulting from unaddressed and/or unresolved support issue does not hold AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com its employees, brokers, partners, owners, representatives liable for the cancellation.

MISCELLANEOUS
The Terms constitute the entire and exclusive and final statement of the agreement between you and AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com with respect to the subject matter hereof, and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements or negotiations between you and AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com with respect to the subject matter hereof. The Terms and the relationship between you and American RealEstateBusiness.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida as applied to agreements made, entered into and performed entirely in Florida by Florida residents, notwithstanding your actual place of residence. All lawsuits arising out of the Terms or out of your use of the Services shall be brought in the Federal or state courts having jurisdiction over Broward County, Florida and you and Owners hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts for such purpose. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and that the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services or the Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. The section titles in the Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

SURVIVAL
The provisions of Sections except SERVICES, COST, ADDITIONAL OPTIONS, and SUPPORT AND BILLING DISPUTE, as well as any other limitations on liability explicitly set forth herein shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of the Terms for any reason. AmericanRealEstateBusiness.com 's (and its licensors') proprietary rights (including any and all intellectual property rights) in and to the Content and the Services shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of the Terms for any reason.

VIOLATIONS
